Here are the details of the Refund/Cancellation Policy:

  • If you request a refund or cancellation of the trip 4 days before the departure, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • If you request a refund or cancellation of the trip 3 days before the departure, you will be eligible for a 75% refund of the amount paid.
  • If you request a refund or cancellation of the trip 2 days before the departure, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid.
  • If you request a refund or cancellation of the trip 1 day before the departure, you will be eligible for a 25% refund of the amount paid.
  • If you request a refund or cancellation of the trip 20 hours before the departure, unfortunately, no refund will be provided.
